THE FUTURE OF WORK

DOING FROM THE BEING

LET´S MAKE THIS PANDEMIC COUNT

NEW TIMES DEMAND NEW STRATEGIES AND MINDSETS

2020 changed work forever. There are now two certain things:

  1. Flexible work is here to stay

  2. Wellbeing is what organizations should be looking at

Remote work has created new job opportunities for some, offered more family time, and provided options for whether or when to commute. But there are new challenges ahead. Teams have become more siloed and digital exhaustion is a real and unsustainable threat. Employee fatigue, anxiety, and burnout rates are increasing, which are behind the abrupt decline in motivation and engagement.

These circumstances are demanding organizations worldwide to reinvent themselves and reflect on how to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.

This is why companies like Microsoft and many others are building software to address the wellbeing of their employees. But, what if we address the challenges technology is posing us by not creating more new technology? What if for once we kept it simple and went back to the roots of who we are? What if the solution is to simply switch off the computer at a reasonable time and share a meal or an intimate conversation in nature? What if to do, we first need to be?

A regenerative company starts by giving employees the time and space for regenerating themselves.

If you share these concerns and want to try something different we would love to hear from you.

A company team slowing down and connecting around food, nature and remote work.

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A SOBREMESA OR A WALK IN NATURE TO DEEPLY SHARE. THE MORE SIMPLE IT IS, THE MORE ATTENTION WE CAN GIVE.
